  • As Strategic Creative Lead, the primary bridge between the clinical product vision and the final technical deployment
  • Developed the “Choose-Your-Own-Journey” logic, mapping out user decision points and opportunities for patient engagement and retention
  • Project managing the clinical script to storyboard, ensuring medical accuracy was balanced with human-centered storytelling
  • Designed the interactive interface (the timeline) and commissioned/managed a specialist developer to ensure a seamless, “stress-free” integration into the client’s digital ecosystem

  • For a global platform like OUP’s Impact initiative, the greatest risk is User Drop-off. Acting as the Strategic Creative Lead, I deconstructed the technical workflow and stripped away the UI noise and built a visual ‘Logic Flow
  • I helped to create a Frictionless UX Journey that empowered users to share their results with confidence
  • I delivered a library of high-retention films and Modular Infographic Assets. These were designed to be deconstructed into ‘Micro-Learning’ snippets for email support, help portals, and global webinars
  • My role involved more than animation; it was Information Design. I re-built the submission process to identify ‘Friction Points’ and suggest a visual hierarchy that supported the user’s confidence as much as their technical accuracy
